Happy Holidays

Filed under: News and Info — Administrator @ 7:16 pm

I hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas out there. We had a good one here. One of our big gifts this year for the big kid in the family and the two little ones was the Nintendo Wii. I can’t believe how hard those things still are to find. Santa also brought new bikes to Shelbi and Devin. I attached a couple shots of them trying them out.

I would like to wish everyone a happy holiday and make a couple small requests. One is to remember there are many out there less fortunate than us at this time a year and to keep them in your thoughts and prayers and help out in any way you can. The second is to keep my fellow brothers and sisters in arms that are away from their families serving for our freedom in your thoughts and prayers. As a 19 year military member and someone who just got back from Iraq myself I can attest to how hard it is to be away from family and friends. Their families are not only having to endure the separation, but the added pain of it being during the biggest family holidays. As you sit for dinner with your family and friends give a thought and prayer to all the families and love ones that are only able to say Merry Christmas through an email or if they are really lucky a 15 minute phone call.  From experience I can tell you they will appreciate the thought.

Peace

Great neighbors

Filed under: Portraits — Administrator @ 10:27 am

I have two great neighbors, Erin and Dallas.  I have been playing around with my portraiture lately and they have been serving as my guinea pigs.  They have been great sports.  They are both such wonderful people and I couldn’t ask for better friends or neighbors.  Here are a few shots from our last session.

Erin, wow I love those eyes

What a smile

A little B&W

I bet you couldn't guess he is into mixed martial arts training

What a beauty

Todd and Leigh-Anne

Filed under: Weddings — Administrator @ 12:50 am

Well I had my last wedding of the year this weekend and I could not have asked for a better wedding to end it with. I had a great time with Todd and Leigh-Anne. They are two of the best people you could hope to meet; even if they did chose the Navy instead of the Air Force.  It was obvious all day how much they loved each other. There was energy and laughs the entire day. I want to thank them for giving me the chance to capture their memories and enjoy such a great day with them. I wish them both nothing but love and happiness. Here are a few shots from the day.

Rings

Todd seeing Leigh-Anne for the first time

Doesn't she look happy

Joining together

Surprised she pulled it off

A little slap to welcome her to the family

Nothing but laughs from the best man toast, note: make sure to ask Todd about killing a Kodiak bear with an ashtray

Beautiful cake

I don't know maybe overcompensating for something a little with the cake knife

She must love him if she would wear a Giants garter

Ok, ok who's the real Elvis?

It was a party

Leaving the reception through a bubble gauntlet

I am surprised they didn't fall to sleep on the couch

Have to have the sign

A few quite moments together after a long afternoon
